Holiday in Tuscany at Doccione di Sotto

The idyllic hamlet of “Doccione di Sotto” which consists of three former farm houses, is located in a quite remote area of the Tuscan mountains. We offer four types of renting: one guest house, two apartments and B&B.

We carefully restored our old stone cottages. To the houses belongs a large lawn for playing, sun bathing, relaxing and to recover from the trips to the cultural centres, as well as a sauna. In summer 2012 we'll also have a pool (5x10m). For year round comfort, the accommodation features wood central heating and during the summer months we use a solar hot water system.
The property is now producing solar electricity to provide a carbon-neutral environment. Loving childcare on request.
